- Explored make-up and responsibilities of Executive Committee
- Discussed way to use Archives Bazaar as outreach to encourage participation from more members
- Membership survey suggested
- Liza to write first draft; distribute on Google Docs for input
- Goal is to distribute, and collect, at Archives Bazaar

- Initial proposal accepted, and have been invited to submit full proposal
